The Future of Education Technology Conference (FETC) is going virtual this year! FETC will be a free interactive, online event being held from January 26-29, 2021. This annual conference emphasizes the critical role that education technology plays in providing complete teaching and learning experiences and this year is no different. Expect to hear from ed tech leaders about the strategies and tools they use, and how they have proven to positively impact and benefit their school communities.

What will be of special interest is how education technology has worked to serve schools and communities impacted by remote or hybrid learning. Administrators, ed technology coordinators, and teachers will be looking at solutions that can be used in any learning environment – in-class, remote, and hybrid. With many districts moving towards re-opening schools safely and with required distancing, finding solutions that are easy to set up, are teacher- and student-friendly, and include professional development courses will stand out.

As in years past, Boxlight will be an exhibitor at this online event and showcasing the ProColor Interactive Flat Panel Display Bundle, a state-of-the-art, ultra-high-definition, 20-point touchscreen panel where images on the screen can be seen from any area of the classroom. The ProColor Series (65”, 75”, 86”) bundle includes:

      • wifi and wall mount in panel box
      • MimioStudio™ software with 5 years of MimioMobile
      • OKTOPUS collaboration software with 3 years of OKTOPUS Blend
      • GameZones (comes with OKTOPUS), a collection of learning games for grades K and up
      • MimioConnect® Blended Learning Platform (1-year Premium license, 2 years Basic license)
      • Interactive and self-paced online training

Boxlight solutions are simple to set up, are user friendly, boost student engagement, and encourage active participation for all in the classroom – whether in-person or virtual.

Although FETC is free this year, advanced registration is required. Take advantage of this dynamic and virtual event by going to fetc.org and registering.
