A firmware update for the ProColor 3 series interactive displays was released during the holiday season. Although no issues were detected during testing, users who have installed the update have reported problems with screen sharing from a client device to the display via the Unplug'd app. Notably, mirroring from the display to the client devices remains unaffected.

To address this issue, Boxlight has paused the over-the-air (OTA) firmware update and is working on a revised version to resolve the bug. The updated firmware will be released later this week.

If a user has already installed the OTA update, they should contact Boxlight Customer Care for assistance. Customer Care can provide an APK that can be sideloaded via USB or installed via NDMS. Boxlight is unable to track which users have installed the update, so your help in supporting affected customers is greatly appreciated.
