We estimate that the time needed to complete this program is 32 hours (which includes 16 hours of pre-work):

•          Quick Learn Sessions and Assessment – 10 hours
•          Pre-Event Webinars – 2 hours
•          Sample Training File/Presentation Prep – 3 hours
•          Pre-Event Assessments – 1 hour
•          On-Site November 5^th and 6^th Certification Days – 16 hours

 

You must be able to commit to the pre-work, as well as attend the in-person event. To sign up for this program, please email Partners@mimio.com with the following information:

Reseller Partners will need to cover the cost of transportation and hotel for the certification event on November 5^th and 6th, but it can be paid out of Mimio Co-op. The $1000 tuition for this program will be waived, since this is our first new Partner Certified Trainer Event. In lieu of tuition, we will be asking for feedback on the training, to help us continue to improve our support to you. Space is limited for this event and the deadline for registration is September 15^th. Please email us as soon as you know you will be attending, to ensure a spot.

We are pleased to announce that we have finalized our new Partner Certified Trainer Program. This training is for new Mimio Partners who would like to have a Certified Trainer on staff. Current Partner Trainers will still be certified, even with the change in the training program. We would like to remind our Gold Partners that they must have a Certified Trainer on staff to maintain Gold Partner status.

The program will culminate with the Mimio Partner Certified Trainer Event – see below for details:

Thanks to all who attended the Mimio Partner Webinar yesterday. We’re pleased to provide you with a more intuitive Partner Resources home page and an easy way to get to your Mimio leads. Those of you who were unable to attend the Mimio Partner Webinar should make a point to listen to the recording of the Webinar, so that you will understand the updates to Partner Resources and new process for receiving your leads. The recording for the Webinar will be available on Monday, 8/4, on Partner Resources.  It is entitled “ Updates to Partner Resources and Lead Management Training. ”  

 

Below are the high-level items we covered:

 

New Lead Management

All your Mimio leads will now come through Mimio Partner Resources. There will be a link on the home page that takes you to your leads. You will be able to see all of your SORs, easily create a SOR from the lead, and manage your Mimio leads on this one page.

 

Partner Resources Facelift

We are also updating the look and feel of Partner Resources to include:

• Icons on the home page, which link to some of the most important types of information in Partner Resources
• A button on the home page that takes you directly to your leads
• A news section, to keep you up-to-date with the latest Mimio news

 

All of these changes go live tomorow, August 1st. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Mimio Territory Manager.

I have truly enjoyed my time here, and in a lot of ways have grown up at Mimio -- with amazing colleagues and Reseller Partners to support me.  By listening to your needs, I hope I made adjustments to our Partner Program, communication methods, Partner Resources, etc., to better foster your Mimio Business.  The last Partner Survey we did showed an increase in satisfaction in loyalty, marketing support (including Partner Resources) and communication.  I have learned so much from you and want to say thank you – you’ve helped me grow as a person and a professional!
