      BW_Headshots_SteveM2As part of the transition away from Newell Rubbermaid, we are in the process of changing from a Newell Rubbermaid warehouse to our own facility.  As part of this transition, we will be taking advantage of the Holiday week to move most of our inventory over to this new facility.  

      If you order directly through Mimio and have an urgent order that you need to place before the Thanksgiving holiday, please be sure to send your order to orders@mimio.com by end of day today, November 21, 2013. 

      Our new warehouse will be up and running with the moved products available to ship on December 2, 2013.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Inside Sales at insidesales@mimio.com.  We appreciate your patience during this transition process.

      To those of you who participated in the Partner Survey, thank you!  Some feedback highlights of the survey include:

      • Mimio has earned your loyalty as a Reseller Partner
      • High satisfaction in Mimio overall, technical support, customer service, marketing materials and Partner Resources
      • Most important Mimio communications include promotions and offers, new products offered and software updates

      We reviewed the survey, including the open-ended responses, with our Partner Advisory Council (PAC).  The PAC stated that comparatively to most other manufacturers, we provide more support, but also mentioned with the time, effort and energy that we have consistently put forward in regard to the resources we have created and provided, we have earned the right to expect you to use these resources to grow your Mimio business.  

      We would love to hear from each of you on how you are successfully using Mimio resources to help grow your Mimio business as well as any recommendations of how we can better support you.

      Mimio Training Update

      MimioTraining Update

       

      We want to update you on recent modifications to the MimioTraining™ programs that we are instituting as part of the recent changes at Mimio. 

       

      Customer Training Sessions

      Going forward, all customer training sessions will be handled directly by you, our Reseller Partners, with the help of our Mimio expert trainers: Lisa Williams, Caroline Haefling, and Tracy Caulder.  Our trainers are no longer working directly for Mimio, but are available as training consultants to handle Mimio training sessions for you on a direct basis. Mimio will no longer act as a go-between; we believe this will simplify the process, the pricing, and the value to both our Partners and our customers. Please feel free to reach out to your Mimio Territory Manager if you have any questions about our new program. You may contact Lisa, Caroline, or Tracy directly to request their assistance with customer training. Their contact details are listed below:
