Our goal is to better understand which leads are creating actual opportunities and revenue. In order to achieve this, we have connected our CRM and sales system to be able to track leads more effectively. We cannot do this without the help of our Partners. This blog post will explain how to make sure your SORs are being connected to the correct leads. Making sure these steps are followed will be the only way for us to track ROI—this will be key in determining which marketing activities we invest in.

We have made a great deal of progress combining Mimio and Boxlight, including the website, collateral, back-end systems, and product lines. One of the next steps in this unification will be combining our social media accounts to focus our marketing efforts. We will be able to combine some of our accounts, such as Facebook and Linked In. For others—like Twitter—we will initiate a campaign to transition our followers to one outlet and then close the other account. You will begin to see the first steps of this in the upcoming weeks as we combine our Facebook accounts.
We will be rebranding the Mimio account and then work on the transition. Facebook does not allow you to choose which account stays—they select based on active users and engagement. You will see the following message on the Facebook account over the next few weeks:

New Display and Projector Marketing Resources
We are excited to release the first phase of marketing resources for our NEW displays and projectors!
Collateral
The product and marketing team are excited to announce that along with our new displays and projectors, we will be debuting a new format for collateral. This system will be used for our lines with multiple product options, such as projectors and displays. The system will consist of brochures and spec sheets—the brochures will give an overview of the entire line, highlight the benefits, and provide only the key specs so customers can easily compare products and understand the full value of our solutions. We will create spec sheets for every individual product, which will contain the in-depth specs, a photo, description, key features, technical drawing, and connections. We know this will be extremely useful for bids and opportunities where people need specific specs and only want to see information for the product they are interested in.

We are working to add the new skus to the website, but this will be a temporary update as some of these product pages need to be reworked extensively to better highlight our product line benefits and align with the new brochure system. We hope to have the updates completed in the next 2 weeks.

Labdisc Resources
n addition to the newly updated product page, we have added several rebranded resources for the Labdisc product. You now have access to 4 white papers, 5 case studies, and a sample activity PDF, which you can find under “Resources” on the product pages. The case studies and white papers are also available on the White Papers and Case Study section of the website.
The activities PDF offers science experiment ideas for various grade levels and disciplines. All of these will assist in presenting Labdisc as part of the Boxlight family.
Launch Tech Resources
We have also developed a high-level infographic for the “Launch Tech in Your Schools Successfully” guide. This gives you another avenue to promote the guide and a great tool for sharing on social media. We will have an email campaign going out this week as well.

We have been working to get Partner Resources streamlined and representative of the new unified Boxlight brand. While this is still a work in progress we have added many new resources to assist you
Below is a list of the Partner Resources updates along with upcoming Marketing initiatives and campaigns:
- New Modular Demo – Mimio had a demo in the past that outlined our value proposition, products, and resources. The old modular demo has been removed and the new one is up, http://www.mimio.com/en-NA/Partner-Resources/Sales-Demo-Material.aspx . This demo is cobranded and includes both Boxlight and Mimio products. It is modeled on the new collateral and website highlighting how our solutions help schools with whole-class, collaborative, assessment, and STEM based learning. The Demo is an INK file and has lesson samples for each learning group.
- Ads, Awards, and Logos – These are up now with our latest branding and consolidated for both companies.
- Coming Soon to Partner Resources – We are working on new brand guidelines, completing the product photos and sell sheets for Boxlight products, and adding Boxlight videos to the video section. This will help you and your partners have all the resources for Mimio and Boxlight products in one area. In the meantime, if you need something let me know and I can help you.
- New Website – We are working through the product pages and should have the new product pages up by early September. The Chat Support which is on the old Boxlight site will be live on the new site this week.
- P12 Laser Campaign – Now that Back to School is in full swing we will re announce the P12 projectors to customers, with a focus on the laser models. Emails will go out to our internal list next week.

NEW Collateral Available on Partner Resources
With ISTE just a week away, we want to give you a preview of the materials that will be debuting at this first joint Mimio/Boxlight show.
The new 8-pager and the 4 supporting learning brochures are now up on Partner Resources: http://www.mimio.com/en-NA/Partner-Resources/Brochures-SellSheets.aspx.
This collateral will replace the current 6-pager and large Boxlight catalog. You will be able to order printed copies from the eStore starting July 1.

We are pleased to present our new combined logo for use by both Mimio and Boxlight. It marks an important first step in the brands’ coming together as one. This will be the branding we’ll use as we transition to one company, and it will be featured at the upcoming ISTE show.
You will soon start seeing this logo on our websites, in customer emails, and on combined collateral. We are currently working on a replacement strategy and will share it once it's complete. In the interim, you can continue to use your Mimio collateral and signage. You can find the combined logos on Partner Resources in Marketing Resources, Logos, Fonts, and Graphics.
